- 1 fresh egg
- 1 glass of extra virgin olive oil from the Arbequina variety of Oleoalmanzora.
- 1 little lemon juice

PREPARATION: (7 minutes)
Pour the egg into the blender. In this order add, salt the lemon juice and finally the oil. Beat for approximately 3 minutes, until the mayonnaise is fully assembled.
Note: eggs and oil must be at the same temperature and be of the best quality.
