TASTING NOTE

Oil of great delicacy and diversity of fruity aromas, with a marked touch of bitterness, itching and astringency that predominate over the sweet. Its olfactory profile is rich in aromatic herbs and various fruits; we find an intense green fruity, which reminds us of the leaf and olive branch, fig and vegetables.
